Zur Überprüfung der Messgenauigkeit und bei Kalibrierung des OXITEC-O2-Analysensystemes wird mit Luft oder einem beliebigen anderen Prüfgas, mit bekannter O2-Konzentration, das Filtervolumen gespült und Prüfgas statt Rauchgas wird gemessen.
